Train your brain
I have been using neurofeedback for the past 20 years to treat neurological and psychological problems.
Neurofeedback is a specialized form of pure biofeedback that gives the brain access to it's own electrical activity, or brainwaves, in real time. Given this information the brain will start to regulate and optimize it's own function.
I have used neurofeedback to treat problems as common as insomnia, anxiety, and ADHD.I have treated more complicated problems such as autism, Parkinson's disease OCD, and ODD. Neurofeedback can also treat problems that come and go such as migraines, seizures and panic attacks and progressive diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis.
One of the most rewarding uses of neurofeedback is to help people optimize their brains to reach peak performance for activities in their own lives. This is a great tool for athletes, actors and musical performers.
Clients come to the office for a series of sessions. After the initial visit, sessions last about 45 minutes. The number of sessions needed depends on the type of problem.
